Résumé :
Environmental changes are most often caused by human influences. Communication about these changes requires the mobilization of a certain number of communication tools whose aim is to lead populations to change their behavior to preserve the planet. What initiatives have been taken in the Congo republic – a country at the centre of one of the largest forest basins in the world, the Congo Basin ? To this end, what communication tools does the country mobilize ? And for what results ? Through a qualitative analysisis, this text addresses these questions. Substantially, the Congolese authorities inform that they do not manage communicate. However without permanent feedback between transmitter (authorities) and receiver (populations), obtain a change in behavior is illusory. And outside the day of the tree celebrated November 6 of each year, there is no program dedicated to environmental changes in both public and private media.
